CAR Magazine Performance Car of the Year
Did anyone see the December 2003 issue of CAR magazine? It's a British magazine, so they talk about all kinds of cars we have never even heard about here in the U.S. But they don't pull any punches, and aren't afraid to say if a car is crap. In the latest issue they do their annual "Performance car of the year" test and look at 38 different cars.
I was happy to see that the 350Z was number 5! (It was beaten by the Porsche 911 GT3, Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale, Mitsubishi Evo VIII FQ-300, and Vauxhall VX220 Turbo -- see what I mean about cars you've never heard of?)
A nice way to offset the negative viewpoint of other elements of the British press (which I will not mention again!)
Please don't flame if this has been posted before -- I did do a search and didn't find a thread on this. Sorry if it has been discussed before -- I don't get on this forum very often any more.
