OP you will need to be fully bolt-on with gears and be a good driver to beat a stock or mildly modified 370z with a moderate driver.

Will cost you 3-5k to do that, but for that price you can get a used Vortech

If the 370z is fully bolt on with gears and/or mildly modified with a good driver forget about it boost or N2O is your only answer.

Take the 370Z out for a night on the town. Set it up with a cheap hooker & let the car & hooker do their thing.

Once the 370Z has AIDS, proceed to contract a common cold. Be sure to sneeze on the 370Z.

Your 350Z should now be up to beating the weakened 370Z.

It would be cheaper to buy a 370z

Or add 10 stickers at 5hp a piece, so you have to make sure they are quality stickers
