Has anyone thats lowered 1" or so tried to get their Z on a UHaul trailer?

I have had good experience with Penske with my business. We had a couple of fleet vehicles from them and they were always really helpful and professional. I know they tend to be a bit more expensive but looking back it definitely would have been worth the peace of mind.

There are two kinds of car haulers that U-Haul rents. The red ones (older) have a MUCH steeper ramp angle and aren't built as well. Do not rent these, make sure it's the newer bare aluminum trailer.. Also, WeightLimit has the right idea, if your driveway has a slope use it to your advantage and you wont need boards at all. Even if you have to block the road for a minute, loading will be so quick that you probably wont **** anyone off.
