Unhappy Goodbye old friend? You served me well...and FAILED ME!

The Z is gone. Went thru alot of changes in 3 years. An 06 Touring with the dreaded rev-up...and ended up needing its 3rd engine. So 4 months after parting it out, and going back and forth as to whether to keep it or not, i ended up trading for a 2012 Maxima Sport. I will surely have my way with this one as well as far as looks. No performance mods will be done tho. I know that 370 brakes are a direct bolt on, and it looks like 350 rear camber arms can work with slight modification. Anyway, it was fun, and time to go! Thanks to all for the ideas and help here!

GOODBYE!!

Sorry to hear.

You'll love the Maxima. My wife has a 2010 S. Not bad for a base model, but still loads of power. Definitely more refined than the Z for obvious reasons.

That's one thing I love about the Z, you feel like you're part of the road.

Enjoy.

I am curious, after the hell of the revup why stay with Nissan?

After my second engine failed just out of the 12/12 joke warranty and they said pound sand I swore I'd never buy another Nissan. (that is just me of course, no knock intended)

Wow, that sucks. The Maxima is just so ... MEH.

Still, at least it'll get you from point A to B without imploding.
