Had a job interview and was meeting the owner at a local restaurant. Im there early and see him drive in the parking lot with a Miata that was a first gen I think. Anyways he thinks he is all that driving the car. Mentioned it to the waitress several times. I didn't say anything about my car that was parked three spots over from his. When we were about to leave the waitress gave him the check for our food and drinks. He mentioned his car again to the waitress about being a convertible and red. She smiles and said that she liked the black car better. He looked outside and seen the my car but didn't know it was mine. Said it was nice but wasn't as fast as his. Guy had already pissed me off during the interview. So I said that it would beat his POS any day. Waitress asked if it was mine said yes and she asked for a ride. Got her number and told the guy goodbye and that I didn't need his position, that I made more where I was at already than his offer.

His face was priceless.

I drive like a grandpa most of the time because I want to keep this for a long time, but the other day I had to do some Mario Andretti type racing while being squeezed by a big truck. I couldn't believe how fast the car picked up and moved to the next lane at what I felt like was warp speed. Another is my cousins recently asked me if I got new rims, years ago another asked me the same thing. My wheels are 7+ years old, thats right Volks.

Taking a corner in my car after driving the bronco for a couple weeks always puts a smile on my face. Really can't think of one best moment though.

So what has been your best/favourite moment with your Z?

My ex drives a mustang now too, but before as a teenager he had wanted a Z but his parents wouldn't get him a 2 seater. The day he saw my Z parked in my driveway while picking me up was too good

Taking it home as a gift to myself for surviving brain surgery and only being slightly handicapped. I had only been three weeks out of the hospital and every little bump was painfull but I swore if I lived I would treat myself to a real sportscar. I had a huge smile on my face and the wife paid for half.

Installed coilovers and RPF1s at the same time.

Best moment was taking it off the jack stands and putting it down. New stance, new shoes, it was like getting a whole new Z again

This one time, I pulled up to the light in my 2008 HR and to my left, up rolls a Ferrari F430 Spyder. He looks over at me and revs that silky 4.3L V8 and tells me to roll my window down. I roll it down and he says, "Nice ride, Holmes." I just nod back and look forward. Nothing but empty street ahead of those red lights. The sun is setting in the West and the sky is turning a deep shade of lavender. I reach down and turn off my air conditioner. This is going to get real serious real soon. He revs, I rev. he revs, I rev. Varrroooommmm!! The light turns green!! I turn right into the Safeway parking lot because I have to pick up some hotdog buns and he goes straight through, probably to get where he had to go.

It was magical.

On a serious note. Getting my dick sucked by this one cougar was a pretty good moment.

The day I got my license is the day I got my first speeding ticket. Day after that I won my first race, I beat this rich kid by three lengths. I've gotta admit, it felt good! It felt like...

No past and no future.

Good for you dude thats great! I lost my best friend a few years ago from a brainer tumor. It was actually his second one at just 21 years old. Seeing what he went through almost 4 straight years with problems was the worst, and I hate to say it but his passing was almost a relief due to the pain he was in. I hope you have many years in the future and I am sure you have a new aspect on life, just as my friend did after he survived his first. Good luck!
