Not sure where this should be posted...but wanted to make sure his known was known as someone who you should buy from

When I posted this on facebook, other people responded and it seems I'm not the only one he tried to scam.

I purchased work equip wheels from "Alma Hernandez" (his paypal name), but he calls himself John. (Johns-G35 on g35driver). He said he has an account on here also but I'm not sure what name he uses.

He "accidently" sold my wheels to someone else. He then told me over and over he'd refund the money and made every excuse possible as to why he hadn't yet.

Paypal refunded the money to me because after three attempts to reach him, he did not respond. He's been ignoring me as well. He's now texting me telling me I owe him paypal fees.

If he would have responded to paypal and resolved this the right way, there would have been no paypal fee. What an a$s!

ALSO, he is a dealer, but does not pay for a dealer account. He told me he buys and finishes wheels; he has tons!

It's a shame that something as simply as buying wheels has to be this hard because of people like him...

Good!! It really sucks when paypal holds $3200 lol. didn't want it to happen to anyone else...at least by him.

 

So is he a vendor or a regular member who just buys and sells wheels?

 

He isn't paying to be a vendor. But he has a wheel refinishing business and sells a ton of wheels so he should be a "vendor"...

this isn't regarding the same issue but i will also like to raise a concern and try to avoid people buying from PHANTOM GARAGE... in city of industry California... these guys sold me an exhaust system and promised me to install it... after paying for it and going to the person that was going to install it. the guy that i was sent to, which was a totally separate company and told me the part didnt fit and didn't know why they would sell me this. . . then i go back to PHANTOM GARAGE , and let them know what happened and they totally denied everything.. saying that a 1 inch exhaust leak is not that big of a deal.. that it wasn't a valid reason to return the product which i never used and wanted to charge me HOLD ON TIGHT ,, 35% of what i payed as a restocking fee. lesson learned word of advice from someone that got ****ed by them, just pay a lil bit more for something thats not gonna give you issues and waste a day of your life
