Just got back from Vegas for 3 days and I am trying to catch up on what I missed.

Anyway, I stayed at the RIO (love those waitress uniforms) and what is the first thing I see as I walk into the hotel?? A chrome silver 350Z Touring automatic. The car was not a prize, it was just there to show it off from Fletcher Jones Nissan. The car had splash guards on it and the front ones look really good, but I really don't like the rears. How much do the rears protect anyway? The fronts protect the entire side of the car. I have ordered just the front splash guards for my black track and I am happy with that decision.

I was at the Rio August 16th thru 19th, just as the Z's were arriving. If only I had waited a little later to go to Vegas.

Oh well, my Z should arrive next month and then I can finally settle down and enjoy.

I was in Vegas over Labor Day weekend. Was really hoping to see a Z on the strip so I could show my friends what my new car was going to be. Didn't happen.

But, on a completely unrelated topic, I love Vegas!! That was the first time I had been there since being of age and I can't wait to go back. No concept of time, party atmosphere, craps, it's fantastic!!

I love watching the Travel Channel when they do all of their Vegas-themed shows. I now know what I want to be when I grow up, a Vegas whale!

Oh God, don't put any money on Vargas. I have known him for about 4 years through various business dealings and let me tell you he is just a punk. A punk with money, but just a punk. It's his lack of emotional control that will make him lose this fight.

 

I'm leaving for Vegas next Saturday the 21st. I hope the Z is still at RIO. I've never been over there off the strip. Do I need a cab to get to RIO from Bellagio? What are the chances that one of those exotic car rental places on the strip will have a new Z to rent?

 

You could walk from the Bellagio to the Rio in about 10-15 minutes. The Rio is just over the 15 behind Ceaser's on Flamingo.
