its under the dash just left of the column and it has a flashing light. it runs to a control box that is tied into the main harnes going to the column guages.

yea, thats a government issue, usually from the CIA, tracking device.
I suggest that you drive the car into the ocean and claim it stolen.

lol not quite. just got an interum one for something i had to do while deployed. got rid of it though as its alot of hassel. they keep tight tabs on you when you have one.

honestly theres alot of things to get a top secret for and with. something as simple as being stationed on the flagship of a fleet with the admiral will require a top secret and also one to even come abord at all.

theres a supposide uprev osiras tune as well but i got no cruise lights to confirm this. i really need to get it to a tuner around here

if i only had a brain. mine was erased by the army to just follow along. lol maybe thats why i cant get it to work.

 

I lent my brain to the Navy for 4 years and also had a TS clearance - cryptographer - but they wrung it out and gave it back to me when I was done. As i recall, not much came out anyway. As far as the button, probably an aftermarket alarm that is not even on the car today but could have even been a nitrous switch or something - anyone's guess.

 

I had a similar unit installed into my truck when I bought it. It was installed as a GPS tracker that could be activated in the event I claimed the vehicle stolen, stopped making payments etc.... Dealer said they would remove it free of charge after all payments were done if I wanted. Same deal, flashing light, pressing it did nothing etc...

 

Sure it is just spliced in, i need to remove the one on my cars.
