Do yourself a favor if in state where plates are delayed...
If you live in a state (e.g., TX) where your license plates don't arrive until a couple of weeks after you take delivery of your car, DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT let the dealer do an unsupervised install!!!
I picked up my plates this morning and pulled around to service at their insistance to put on the back plate. Good thing I was sitting in the car and not ********ting with somebody because this little dude came RUNNING up with a drill, chomping at the bit to punch those pilot holes for the front plate bracket. I think the entire service area heard me from inside the car, with the windows up, screaming, "NOOOOOOOO!!!"
Just an FYI.

LMAO!!! No sh**! Good thing I placed an order for my "Personal Plates"! I told the dealer, as soon as he gets the regular plates, he can proceed to ship them to the county. Mine should be here any day now.............
