My thoughts on my cousin's 350Z
My cousin Chas (MDER) brought his new baby over yesterday to show it off
His is a Touring model with 6-speed manual, black leather, Nav, splash guards and the aero kit.
I drove it, and it's quite a ball. Didn't get into the power, as it only had some 200-odd miles on it, but the steering and handling were quite impressive. The shifter was a dead ringer for the S2000's unit. Steering feel and suspension stiffness reminded me of the E36 M3 but more refined. The seats were great, I liked the feel of the leather ones much more than the base model I sat in at the Baltimore intro.
And I LOVE the exhaust note. Nothing like anything I've heard before.
