It shouldnt affect it at all, I have done numerous vettes in car shows and in the world of wheels, have never had points deducted for it, lots of them are 1st place holders as well, this is the same film used bt manufactures, just in a diff application. Your Z has it right in front of your rear wheels, they deemed that a "problem" area

I would like to point out though folks, there is another film on the market by Avery-Dennison, I personally dont like this film, its easier to install, but has no clear coat, and to me felt gummy and sticky on top after the installtions, just my preference, find out which kits are being sold, this film is also less expensive. any questions feel free to call....Rob
