But yes, you would have to be an idiot to drive it with the summer tires in the snow.

I live in Bellevue too and I didn't dare drive my Z in the snow or when there was any danger of it due to low temps or impending precipitation. I drove my Maxima instead for about a week. I'm probably gonna have to hang onto the Max until snow danger has totally passed.
Here, this might help when choosing a next car . The funny thing is there is no "sport car" under type of car. How odd.
I actually grew up in the snow driving my 240sx, and it was great with snow tires (and a heavy ghetto stero in the hatch) as long as I didn't have to go over any hills.... If I stilled lived in the Northeast I would've probably bought an A4 quattro or Subi STi. But, then again, there is a reason I moved to Cali.

maybe mommy and daddy can buy you a beater to drive in the snow. after all they did buy you the Z right? Who in their right mind would think that a rear wheel drive sports car can be driven in the snow? My winter beater..... a 95 Tacoma with 10 inches of lift on 38's! Bring on the F'N snow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe you should have considered this before getting the Z.
