Are you including long tube headers in that statement as well?

Why? What did you have in mind?
If you're looking for more gains without FI, pretty much what trave said plus a clutch and lightweight flywheel and lightweight pulleys. I don't think there's anything else we can do without throwing in a set of cams.

Awesome! Thanks for the input putting them on my list as we speak! What would be your best guess on whp after all that's done? (minus the cams)

That's why I made this thread my guess would be 250-260 whp but I've seen ppl on here make 260-270 with less mods than us we might get lucky lol. It depends on the dyno. The pulleys might show some numbers on the dyno but the flywheel won't. Those two make the car rev a lot faster though. We both have the same mods minus the headers and cams so your guess is as good as mine.

Mine only has 31,000 miles on it. I'm assuming by your comment that that's a plus.
How much of a difference could it realistically make?

honestly I have no personal experience with long tube headers so I could be wrong. But what I have seen and expeirnced with most exhaust manifolds was a loss in "hp" but a gain in torque #'s

Pulley/Flywheel/Clutch on make improved driving. Not power.

With an aggressive tune minus cams+ full intake/exhaust
Dyno jet/Mustang Dyno..... maybe 270WHP. give or take a little.
A SuperFlow, Maybe........ 288-ish whp.

subrtract 5-10 "hp" with headers.

Since you plan on going FI, forget the short ram intake and just pick up a drop in filter for now. Some kits come with a pulley kit too. So you can remove that from the list depending on what kit you will be getting.

on my 05 touring MT at around 100k miles (at a little over 114k right now) it made around 278 whp, 265 ft/lbs torque on a dynapack with UpRev. not sure how the dynapack compares to other ones though.

modifications at that time were (also current):

Injen SRI with heat shield
Motordyne 5/16" plenum spacer
Motordyne MREV2 lower plenum
Stillen Headers
Berk 2.5" Test pipes
HKS true dual Catback
255lph walboro fuel pump
