Has anyone ever seen those sheets that insurance adjusters, body shops, or cops use to assess damage to a car?

It usually have a simplified car body diagram on there, and number coding for the panels and whatnot. Does anyone know where I can get my hands on a blank copy of something like that? I'm starting up a small detailing business and I want to have customers sign an existing damage waiver.

check out www.ebaymotors.com bro some of their listings has just exactly what you're lookin for. basically its a basic lookin car diagram with color coded damage areas, and a basic checklist of the conditions of parts on the car. good luck. i tried searching some for ya but didnt have any luck, i saw some earlier today lol. its a common prog ebay retailers use to sell cars i think....

basically they use this kind of generic diagram to detail any damage, etc. most insurance papers i've seen look like this... so good luck!
