tire feathering questions

just have a couple misc questions about tire feathering...

does the g35 have this problem?
do japanese or european Zs have this problem?

I have read about the euro Z's having the problem too,not sure about the G35C??

so the fact that 04 Zs have euro-spec suspension doesn't really address the feathering problem...?
