Whats the deal with the vandalism? Have you experienced any or know someone who has based on a custom license plate? It will probably bring a little more attention if you have something edgy but I've never heard of anyone having issues based off what their plate said. Unless it was something offensive like "FK YOU" or "IFKURWIF" I don't see anyone getting too butt-hurt, or enough so to where they would vandalize my vehicle.

I've always had a vanity plate since my first car, I have definitely received more attention over the years than those who don't have a vanity plate. Most of it positive, a few haters. Never had any real issues, nor am I worried about having any with getting a new plate.

 

Get something that has nothing to do with the car.

Try for UBER and maybe they'll pay you to remove their name off a such a fast car since it will look bad for them when you're blowing the doors off d15b7's

I've had vanity plates since I first purchased mine back in '05. Since that time, it's been shot up with yellow paint *****, I've had two douche bags walk over and put boot dents on my hood and been keyed several times.

Sometimes you just need to accept the fact that people are a$$holes and just move on. It's the reason I have a deductible in case someone messes with it. It's your car, if you want them and feel like paying the extra $$$ then get them. You want your car to be unique, something apart from the rest and to symbolize it's yours. At this point in life, I'm too old to care what some ********* in traffic or a forum care and neither should you.

 

If you do something stupid it is easy for people to remember a vanity plate than random numbers and letters

 

I would just steer clear of anything calling everyone losing.
