Default Passenger Valve Cover removal tips/evap hoses

Best route to get to these back 2 passenger side bolts. I'm assuming I need to removed the fuel damper? Is there 50PSI of pressure of fuel fixing to blast me? My last car had a different style fuel system so its a little new to me.

I want to delete this damper but I don't see how to route the hoses because of the evap solenoid. Seems I would need to cap off a line or something.

Both hoses going into the evap solenoid, the very short ones are brittle, one cracked coming off. Are these vacuum hoses or fuel hoses? They are the 2 really short ones going into the evap solenoid. One has that crazy bend in it. All the hard lines are good.

I started this around this time yesterday and spent about 4-5 hours on it. Painting intake and valve covers too. Any tips on this passenger valve cover is appreciated. FYI the search button has been freezing on me on this site today. Nothing searches it just continues loading.

Yeah, you're correct there, the stock fuel pump pushes fuel out at 52PSI or 3-5 bar.
Have you seen the billet aluminum intake covers which one of the forum members is manufacturing for a fairly reasonable price, They look like a work of art and will make replacing O rings in the future a cinch.

I've seen the billet valve covers but not the intake ones.

Guys I need some advice on the best route to get this passenger side valve cover off. Do I need to remove this fuel damper or just the coolant hose along the side of the passenger side.

It was a struggle but I got mine on and off without removing either the coolant lines or the fuel.
