Need help with front fender clearance

Hi Guys,
My mechanic had the tool to roll the fenders, we did it and the issue was solved. We also measured the wheels and found out they sent the wrong offset for the front, as it is +12, im saving some money to order the front wheels again with the correct offset.

Before seeing your last post, I was going to say those definitely aren't +22 wheels and actually look more like +12 to +15. I have +22 wheels on the front with 255 tires and I have significantly more clearance than you do and I'm also a bit lower.

You have 245/45/18 front and 275/40/18 on the back, right?
Regarding the front tires, the 245 is the tire's width where the treads meet the road. The 45 is the height of the sidewalls. The 18, of course, is the size of your rims.
First of all, your Zcar came with 16" rims, so you're adding an extra 2" to the height of the tire in the wheel well.
Secondly, a typical Zcar tire setup is to have the wider and higher tires in the back (as you do) and the narrower, lower profile tires in the front.
Therefore, your front tires should be, using your example, 245/40/18 or 245/30/18, both lower profile (height) tires than what you have now.
I've never customized my wheels and fenders on my 3 Zcars, but I know getting the correct tires should be your first step. Then you might be able to have the fenders rolled if clearance is still a problem.

You need a 245/40 or 255/40...
