and i just can't believe someone will actually make a grill change themselves and then state (in less than a nice way) that he dislikes yours. i just don't get it...

to each his own.

Default Pix of "Marilyn"

Whew! "Painfully obvious" huh Gee, I sure don't want to cause any pain to those who view pix of "Marilyn"!
Seriously, I thank you for what I think is sort of a left handed compliment on either "Marilyn" or my photography of her. I'll try to take less painful photos of her though I appreciate your compliment! Regards, Jim

It's painfully obvious that JimH does some kind of photo alterations on the pics he takes... his car just looks "too" good...lol...

Jim,
Your Z looks great! Love the grill...thinking of getting one for my 04. How about ease of installation...anything need to be loosened, moved or removed to get good fit?
Thanks,
Lou

Lou, Take a look at the first post in this thread by Loic. He shows a photographic step by step on his grille install. Should be helpful to you. Regards, Jim

Thanks Jim... but I was hoping there was a way to install without tearing into anything (still a virgin) and an earlier post in this thread mentioned installation with cable ties of some sort. Thought that sounded a little too easy.

Lou, Yes, those installs w/ties to hold the grille on are simply placing a screen-type front over the original grille. Loic and I have a full replacement permanent grille installed. Regards, Jim

Jim thanks for the info. After I get a few paint chips in the front end, will consider cutting out the grill.

Jim - where did you get the style for your seats? Are they ome or aftermarket or custom?

Default Seats in Marilyn

Those are the stock Touring leather seats with some very expensive custom sheepskins installed. I knew I would be driving Marilyn a lot (51,000 miles so far) and as such, I opted for the hardiness of the leather, but wanted the comfort of good sheeps in this Arizona heat. I went to the sheepskin people and they had no pattern for the 350 and so it went to a custom outfit in CA. and $500 later I had my custom covers! One of the best things I ever did for my own comfort in the Z. You cannot believe the degree of comfort these have bought. Regards, Jim

I'm liking this grill better than any other one's that I've seen. Would you still be able to put the OEM Nose Mask on with this grill?
