K23 paint code - same for G35 as 350z?

K23 paint code - same for G35 as 350z?
Color code k23 on 350z , from what I can tell, is called Brillaint silver or silver alloy .... But the paint can I saw at the shop said k23, liquid platinum metallic , infinti G3 2005-201x
If the paint code is the same do I have to worry? I liked k23 on 350zs that's why I'm getting my old 2004 repainted to k23
