After parking my park in the garage, I realized a pool of liquid forming under the car coming from under the right side of the car ('06 ZR) . The pictures are behind the right front wheel.
It is dripping mostly from the 3 black wires (#1) but there is also another spot on the chassis (#2)??
A little backstory:
Car has around 35k
Recently fixed rear axle clicking thing

This is perfectly normal. This is condensation run-off coming from your evaporator core (for your AC). The drain tube outlet connects into the passenger side floorpan. The outlet is hiding behind the front right fender splash guard. The water runs down and collects in the areas you circled. You can confirm this for yourself by half pulling up the passenger carpet (requires you to remove the door kick panel plastic and corner footwell plastic). You will see the black rubber drain tube running diagonally across the floor pan from the center console.
You can help mitigate the amount of water pooling by turning off the AC and just running the vent fan (outside air) to help dry out the evaporator core for a few minutes before parking the car. Also note, 350Zs don't come with a cabin filter, whenever possible run the AC in recirculate mode to minimize pollen and mold spore collection on the evaporator core (helps prevent the musky AC odors).

I also just noticed you live in Cupertino. So I'm sure you've been running the AC a lot this past week thanks to the heatwave. I know 100+ degree summer temps are not abnormal for most of the country, but in the SF bay area it's pretty rare even in summer months. Usually it stays in the 80s or lower 90s during the summer here.
