Hey guys
I’m in the process of swapping a cd009 into my 03’ Z and I was wondering can I use the early model shifter bracket on this later model trans? Even though I was given the later model shifter bracket with the cd009, I prefer to use my early style bracket if possible as it is completely solid and doesn’t use rubber bushings which will probably tear and aren’t replaceable.

I don't see why you couldn't, but I also don't think you would need to worry about the rubber bushings on the bracket itself, those will most likely outlast the vehicle (assuming it's not being abused). I would imagine the Nissan engineers put that change in place for a good reason.
