I recently picked up a used pair of tomei test pipes and am about to install them has anybody experienced these I can’t find a single post about them.... my whole plan was to get them on and maybe throw them on with a invidia Gemini so that it’s a bit on the quieter side... should I look into something louder or do you think it’ll run to loud and raspy I just don’t want it to sound like a pos or a ricey civic, any input is greatly appreciated! Thanks

 

I have the tomei titanium catalyzer/test pipes, but along with their Y-pipe & Single exit muffler.

It's loud.

 

Thank you I appreciate the reply! How is the drone and rasp I don’t mind loud where I live they don’t hand out Vis so loud is not really an issue aslong as there is little to no rasp and drone I just want to get it to sound good the first time! Thanks again

 

Well if you already picked them up, fit them & drive it, see if they work for you, if not they will sell fast.

Both are installed and it sounds amazing I’ll upload a video soon little to no rasp at all! going to get everything tuned on Saturday too so I’ll post those results

 

How are you finding the test pipes, any rasp on the higher RPMs or drone on the highway?
Any chance of getting that video / sound clip please?
