Bought 350z at iaai had no bulbs , wirings not my strong area but ik typically theres plug for ballast but it looks rewired a but , would i just need to buy bulbs or is there something further id have to do to get working lights

It's hard to tell from your pictures, but I see your ballast. I don't see the igniter which connects from the ballast to the D2S HID bulb.





Also, you're missing the oem connector from the 8-pin main harness which connects to the ballast so you'll need to make a new one, or source one from somewhere, so it can connect here:



Other than that, you mentioned this, but you need a D2S HID bulb.

 

just get yourself a set of 2006+ OEM headlights and save yourself time and headache

 

Those are China garbage headlights, check ebay to find what bulbs they take
