What are these called? I can’t seem to find them anywhere.

 

Those are the high and low pressure AC lines going into the condenser/dryer system. These are considered 1-piece and come with the condenser. The plastic rings you circled are key/lock releases for disconnecting the AC lines. You need special "quick disconnect" tools to work with the rings and disconnect the lines. No need for a fancy set if it's for one time use. See If your plastic rings are lost or broken, I don't think you can purchase replacements. These usually come with either the AC lines, or the condenser.
