Default Need help identifying this circuit board??

I recently purchased a 2003 350z with turbonetics kit installed. I have no history or documentation on any mods. I found this circuit board with two antennas coming from it? I tried tracing the electrical but it disappeared into the factory wiring bundle and I didn't have time to tear more apart. Someone has done terrible electrical work and everything they have touched has melted and shorted. I have removed alot but can not figure out what this is. If anyone can help that would be great !

That circuit board and antenna combo looks like a primitive/ poor man's LoJack. I personally would cut the wires and remove it, but be prepared- if removed it may double as a kill switch.

ya likely a tracker of some kind, here's the datasheet for the part number I can read
https://www.digikey.ca/en/pdf/m/mele...ppnote-th71102

I'd check if it has power with the key in various states, and if it was mine I'd unplug that board with the car running to see what happens. your call
