So .
Bought my first z.
06 350z manual roadster vq35de.
89000 km on the clock.
Misfire.
Major service.
New plugs
New coils.
New MAF
New cam sensors
New crank sensor.
No error codes.
However, check engine light.
Misfire ....
No engine noise.
Quiet.
Hmmmm,what do you guys think?

How can you have no codes thrown but still have a check engine light on? By definition that should not be possible.
Sounds like your scanner is not able to properly communicate with the ECM or the ECM is bad or there's a wiring fault.
With 89,000km, the car shouldn't have any issues with any of the components listed as replaced (assuming no accidents, flooding, wiring hack jobs, etc). I suspect something else at play here.
