Z1 sells them new and will paint match, but the cheapest option is around $600 (ouch).

That is true to depending on which molding you're referring to. The door seal molding is not included, but the weather stripping/trim alongside the roof and windshield glass/cowl is included.

Just to close the loop, I took the damn thing off again and added another fiberglass patch near the bottom and redid the bodywork and wrapped it. It looks pretty good, but not perfect, which is fine for this car, which I plan to sell.
