The hp question is the Holy Grail for 350Z enthusiasts. Those who don't know, are searching and waiting. Those who know, won't tell. (If there are any that truly do ) 280+ is the official line.
It is not turbo.
If or when the Supra comes out, if it has 380hp, then people will have to decide based on a vast number of other factors (i.e. design, handling, weight, cost...to name but a few)

If the Supra is gonna cost 50K like it is rumored, you bet your buns I'm getting the Z. Why waste the money? My ego isn't small enough to let a couple extra ponies bother me.

There is little doubt the Supra will be a great car. But like most toyota products, it will be over priced.
From what I have seen the car looks very Euro, which to me is a good thing..but not to the Supra-faithful. Whatever.
The car looks great, and I am sure it will have the same loyal, rabid following similar to here.
