I have 225/50R17s on the car right now Bridgestone Potenza
I could go with the same size goodyear tires and save 60-80 bucks
but the rears would stay the stock Potenza
Im not auto xing the car but I do enjoy hitting the backroads up and fear my front end might give out sooner when under a hard turn
so more Potenzas? or go with something else?
also should I stick with the stock size? hmmmm

Seeing your are in Maryland all season would be best. I just
put on michelin pilot sports A/S on they are hands down a superior tire as far as wet and dry traction, not to mention road noise. With the stock tires the limited sip would fash at least twice in the morning and twice at night, even with fairly normal driving conditions. With the new set of tires it does not come on unless I intend to. Pilot sport non A/S from what i've heard are excellent summer tires also. only problem is the A/S are only 17' not sure about the summer tires.

The stock Potenzas are ok for most normal driving. If you're looking for better grip/handling especially in the rain, I would go for some better tires. I've heard good things about Toyo T1-S.
