Thumbs up Who else drives the ***** out of their Z?

Fast cars are meant to be driven FAST. I never understood the logic behind driving a performance car slow.

That being said, who else gets the most out of their Z? Safe conditions given, I am full throttle every where I also bought a 6 year bumper to bumper warranty w/gap protection

Anyone else?

There are no safe conditions here. No speed limits, no police, no reckless driving, no laws, no rules, but I try to survive

When I judge that conditions are safe in relative terms, which is a lot, the car is roaring in straights and sideways on corners. I avoid ultra high speeds though.

Wait, so you mean to tell me that normal isn't redlining it in every gear?

I do, I can't help it- my son loves it too- when he's in the car
with my wife, she says he tells her to "show off" like daddy does!

Default Am I the Only One ......

Who can't drive 2 blocks to buy a quart of milk without some
16 year old pulling up next to me in a pimped-up Escort or
something, wanting to race? It seems like I can't go anywhere
without this happening!

Usually I just wink at them and raise my eyebrows simultaneously. They think I'm gay and just leave me alone

*Disclaimer: The following is a pointless story that I was reminded of when reading the above post, please disregard if you do not enjoy such material.*

I was just driving on the way to a bar, minding my own business, when this stock WRX creeps up on me and keeps trying to get me to race...but I kept my cool (for a while). He gets bored and speeds off. Then we meet again at a red light and I rev it once. My girlfriend proceeds to hit me and say "Oh my gosh, how embarassing, I can't believe you just did that. What, are we still in high school?" (I get this sometimes, her being the older woman and all, heh heh Then she says, "Now everyone heard you, this is so embarassing....well you better kick his a$$ or else you'll really look stupid and I'll never ride with you again!" She's the boss, so I did what she said. Wasn't even close.

*End of pointless story*

BTW - Beware of those Escorts, they are beasts!

"Normal" meaning what the Mass Majority of people would consider acceptable driving.

Z owners are not "Normal"
