Default How are the aluminum-drilled pedals?

How are the aluminum-drilled pedals? Has anyone had a problem in the rain with his or her feet sliding?
I assume that they are just placed over the rubber pedals.
Is anyone thinking about removing them?

Why would anybody remove them when they paid extra to get them? Anyhow they are very nice looking. No feet do not slip on them when wet. What I do not like about them is that they are not just a solid alluminum peice. It appears to be just a thin piece of aluminum laminated over a rubber pedal. Hopefullly somebody will make nice soled drilled aluminum pedals that look OEM.

I thought they were standard on all but the base model.
And they do look like a very thin piece of metal.
Anyway it shouldn't be too long before someone comes out with some upgraded aftermarket pedals.
