Hey whats up everyone...I plan to purchase a Z if I can get it at the right price. My question to everyone is how much do you guys predict an enthusiast model will sell for in the fall when the 2004s will start to be cleared out for the 2005's? Also, if I chose to try to get a good deal on an 04 during that time, will I still be able to order one? Or would I have to settle for what is on the lot? Thanks.

 

For starters, if you wait till the 05s come out, it'll be hard to find 04s. Some dealers will have them, some won't. Nissan doesn't really have trouble moving Zs. And once production on the 05s begin, you won't be able to order an 04, even though they may not begin taking orders on 05s. You'll only be able to get what dealerships already have. Also, I don't know how much you'll save. When I got my 04 in October, the dealership I went to had no 03s left, but their opening figure was only $500 more than a dealer quoted me for an 03.
