just 85mph on the first day i got her. This was a week ago .

 

i got my car recently... still not done with break in period BUT HOLY F*CK*NG ****!!!!!! When i went 100 a few times felt like 65.. no joke, i have a camaro z28 ss and that car is obviously faster, but doesn't hold its speed like the Z U FEEL ur goin 100 in that car, but the Z 80-100 feels like 45-70.. def liking it

 

Had it to the speed limiter 159, done it twice, once stock, once modded racing my friends really fast 1.8T....

128mph on hwy 4 east bound saw lights behind me, following, thought it was a cop. Almost crapped myself, and got off on the nearest exit.

 

100...early morning, somewhere on the 405 fwy.

 

135 while being killed by an M roadster. Didn't even realize speed until i looked at the speedometer.

 

160+. RPM's were up to 7000. Did this with the Procharger still on the car, not sure what MPH this was at.

 

123 On I-95

 

140 on route 1 south after pulaski highway.

 

195.5 mph on the dyno . . .it was with paulo's procharged Z. Thats as far as 7200 in 6th would take it

That's pretty risky on that road. I don't like to drive on it unless I have my SUV. The potholes are all over the place.


I got my Z up to 150 down by Jones beach.

very CURVY 95 on a 35 is impressive but try that by where the cross island and belt meet and smash ...


if you really have ***** of steel try 115 on the gowanus or BQE ouch

i maxed out on the sunrise killing a honda year and half ago dont know exactly how fast just know the car felt as if it was going to stall??

 

The digital reads 161...the needle sits on 160...I do this often, one time while drinking coffee, racing an S2K...and on wet pavement. The road...Ocean Pkwy, 13 miles of straight open road. Gotta love it...until a rabbit jumps out into the road.

 

I ran 13.77 @ 101.4 with just a K&N drop in, and a decent 2.052 60ft. With an AEM/test-pipes/Injen/Plenum I ran 13.74 @ 104.1 with a very crappy 2.16 60ft. I ran with some bald a$$ SO3's....changed my AEM for a pop-charger-gained 11whp(see my thread in the performance forum for info) and now I have a pulley installed along with new tires, looking for some 13.3-13.4 @ 104-105 next week @ the track...

 

I've done about ~135 in the Z, very stable.
I have also gotten a speeding ticket for 127mph in a 65mph zone, this was im my Supra. Try to avoid the police if you are going to go that fast.
