the track doesn't have a heated seat, the touring one is on the centre console, where there are 3 buttons beside the hand brake

Hey Iron City: I'm from up about 80 miles north of you in a town called Sharpsville. Did you preorder a Z? If so where? I ordered from a place in Greensburg called Star Chevy Nissan.

No real "problems" but one complaint. I'm getting MSRP with a refundable $1000 deposit. My complaint is the $795 Dealer Prep charge. I have gone round and round with them all the way up to the owner and they WILL NOT waive it. I even counter offered to have them pay for my window tinting (250-300 bucks) but they shot that down too. At this point I really can't do much else cause I want the car and don't want to forfeit my position as an early buyer. Oh well, I can live with it.

Iron City, did your dealer hit you with any dealer prep?

Tell you what, go ahead and e-mail me the guy's e-mail address and name and number if you have it. Might as well talk to him. What do I have to lose?

Was the dealer prep charges itemized in your sales contract or are they just saying that it's extra.

It was on my preorder form. In fact, just to show you how ridiculous it was, it was in the coulmn for "rustproofing" and they crossed that out and wrote in "dealer prep".

I think you are correct exsilio, but I think your circle is on wrong place. The buttons if present would be in the beseled area just forward of your circle.

While I don't recall what was in the Track model when I sat in it, this picture seems to show that the bezeled area has no buttons or blanks, concurring with your post.
