Ordered a 350Z
Placed my order on a blue touring Z with black leather from Bob Sharp Nissan. Back in 1972 I bought a used 1970 240Z which served me for more than 200k miles. One of the best cars I ever owned, hopefully the 350Z will follow in the 240Z' footsteps.
The 350z is already in production with a November delivery. Unfortunately it was prdered with black leather. My S2000 has black leather which makes for a hot seat when the tops down.
I preferred frost but no go. Has anyone seen the blue/frost combo?
Does anyone have any insight into the release date of the 350 roadster? I tried to order one but the dealer would not write the order as they have no info from Nissan. I may sell the coupe when it comes in if the roadster version is then available. After all Nov to March is not cruising weather in the North East.
Anyone else trade/sell their S2000 for a 350Z?

"A February 2003 debut is in the plans for the Z roadster, though Nissan is loathe to release more details other than the fact that it won't be a T-topped car, but a true convertible."

Hello Phoenix
Surprise, surprise I thought you were looking for a S2000? You were just too anxious to do the deal quickly. I could not stop everything to close in 2 days especially with $1,560.00 in CT sales tax at risk. Sorry to disappoint but I am for real, the S2000 is for sale. My dealer will handle the transaction which makes it worthwhile.
Did you give up on a S2000 and buy/order a 350Z??
