Has anyone received a plenum recently. I place an order on March 18th and still have not received my order.
I tried to call the number and nothing , i get this same bull$hit message. Which says email us....

So i sent 2 emails and still havent heard anything.

Anyone have any advise for me?

 

Yeah, there hard to get a hold of sometimes. I have the best luck getting them in the late afternoon. (eastern time like 5pm or so) They are there and working, though, I talked to them yesterday.

 

Yes they are hard to get ahold of sometimes. However, I sent that email and got a call about 45 minutes later.

It is my understanding that they are improving the plenums once again before they send anymore out. They are making them stronger for FI applications.

They are suppose to be shipping out my plenum on monday but I was put at priority because I had issues with my cats and I am returning those.

Just keep trying to call, leave an email. Once you get ahold of them, and you express your needs, they really are great to work with.

Just received an e-mail from Kinetix. They are "beefing it up" for FI also. They should be shipping by Tuesday of next week. As all_barl said: "good (and fast) things come to those who wait!!!!!"
