Hey all, I personally have a Redline 350Z, and now is my chance to change to a Daytona blue 350Z. Both are performance, what do you guys think? What color do you guys prefer better? I personally love white and black, but if you have to choose between daytona blue and redline, what would you do?

 

i would go with the red probably and add some nice carbon fiber accents. just my thoughts, any color looks great on the Z, well not green, but ya.

 

I had red cars for the past 10 years. For some reason, the red on the Z just doesn't look good to me, but I'm sure all the redline owners would disagree. That's why they make more than one color. Go with the one you prefer, not what a bunch of yahoos like us prefer.

 

I say Redline. We don't need any more DBs lurking around...

 

haha, you guys are right...everyone is different. But what's the worst color in 350Z tho? I would personally think is the brick color

 

woh woh. come on that brickyard is a sweet color. i would have gotten it had it been availible in 04. but of the 03 and 04 colors, black is simply the best.

 

I would say all are great colors...except the LeMans Sunset. I guess being an Texas A&M Aggie doesn't help the color either.

 

In order of preference:

Lemans Sunset
Daytona Blue
Brickyard
Pikes Peak White
Super Black (what's so super about the black I wonder?)
Silver - any of them. I mean, can anyone except the owner of it tell the difference?

Keep the red. I love it!

 

Redline is perfect for the Z. I get more complements for my color choice. Redline was rare in my area when I bought the car. Now everyone seems to like it and buy it.

And no, police do not bother me anymore than when I drive my gf's forrest green Integra.

DB no doubt of those 2 choices it actually was my 2nd choice, but my heart is with Pikes.

 

Get redline, too many DBs out there.

 

Depends on trim level and what you intend to do to it cosmetically. If stock with 17's, I'd say DB. Touring or track I'd say Redline. If you start upgrading your wheels, adding body kits I also think Redline is better. I forget which member on here has the Redline with the Kaminari(?) kit and 19's(sorry...)but is truly sick looking. Love it. Also Redline is the most rare color in my area (besides Brickyard) so that may factor into it. I love DB....just don't know if I could live with it in the long run.

 

DB's do seem to be popping up everywhere, i see very few redlines.

 

Redline hands down. I saw both in person before I got my Z. I had my mind set on a DB Z, but the Redline just looked better IMO.

 

I liked the Red but as soon as I saw the DB I couldn't take my eyes off it.

At least around here there are too many DB's. Hell, there is one on my block!

I think a dark 'Corvette blue' would have been nice. Like my Dad's '70 Stingray. I honestly don't think they come in enough colors!
