i'm at the beach right now and i just wanted to comment on the difference in the amount of whiplash and 'DAYUMs' my z has gotten since adding some basic appearance mods...(rims/lip/spoiler/tint/smoked markers/cf accents) . Last year the car got attention because it was new...that trailed off a bit....then the mods came...now i get way more looks and 'damn check that out' and 'oh ****'s'...its actually a little embarrassing so i started rolling around with my windows up (i have 20% tint). i also have fingerprints all over my windows again like i did when the car was new....so its not alll positive

I think you're right, but it sure is strange considering how good-looking of a car the Z is stock. I mean for a stock vehicle it has great rims, rocker panels, etc. You wouldn't think the usual stuff would make such a big difference. Go figure.

Very very nice Z zeroday. You have the exact mods I wanted (dark wheels, lip and low profile wing). You've had that wing a while now. I recall seeing it in your old signature correct? We'll have to meet up someday. You're in philly right? What beach are you at right now?

 

Where do you get that lip? That's my fav.

 

What kind of wing is that? Ive never been a fan of aftermarket wings, but that one is perfect...fits the Z nicely without being obnoxious or ricey.

 

the lip is a carbon fiber veilside v1 and the spoiler is a stillen type 1 (urethane) . I got the wing direct from stillen and the lip came from 350zforums.

 

thanks...i live in west chester actually. yeah the wing was my first mod on the car; i was one of the first couple members on this forum to get one. i'm in avalon nj; the parents have a house here.
