Default Z and emotional health

So my day had gone pretty bad. Granted, not the worst in the world. But it left me feeling very alone, unable, unwilling, to share any sort of vulnerability with even my best friends and my brother. It wasn't intentional on their part, but I was feeling rather upset and even a bit angry.

So my Fairlady went with me to the local hill, and for 7 miles up and 7 miles down, she held me in the embrace of her frost leather, threw VDC caution to the wind, and showed me that at least someone in the world loves me.

Thank you, Icy, for every time you've helped me calm down, for every time you've made my blood quicken, and for all you'll be doing for me in the future. You are the sweetest; you are the most exciting; you are my Fairlady.

Dude, you have some serious issues. I believe you need more than a ride in a Z...

Sounds to me like "The Z Prayer". If it works for you great. It sure can't be any worse than gthe $100/hr psycho-analyst.

Seriously...I know how you kinda feel like you can "outrun your woes" in the Z, but you take the word "auto-phile" to a whole new level. Just make sure you don't burn your pecker on the exhaust pipe...

Wow, what a bunch of wanna be hard asses on here!!! If longbowe is being genuine it simply proves that he is not ashamed nor fearful of showing his vulnerabilities, nor should he be. It's a true shame that this civilized world in which we live is so bent on upholding outdated mores (whether intentional or not), that it cannot transcend the tough guy ******** and accept human kind in all states of being, be that fearful, angry, joyous, or what have you.

Fire away!!

Relax, take a deep breath, and don't take my comments so personally. It's just amazing to see how quickly people got retarded when someone makes an off-beat post (ie. longbowe's original post). Granted it's a bit .... unusual, but damn, live and let live.

Nothing taken personally, really ....I call posts like this one "poke wars"....nobody is really flaming each other, just kind of ..... poking.

Seriously though, if you were at a car show and you started talking to the other car owners like the OP did in his post, you'd be standing by yourself pretty darn quick...Agree? That's the only reason he's getting a little bit of a hard time. It's not that we don't all agree to some extent.

L8R!!!
