Thanks Dewayne, I'm looking now trying to find a front bumper/kit that I like and can pick up for around a grand. Nothing too extream, but something cool. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

WTF!!! This isnt the first time something like this has happened either. We had company over for a weekend and she side swipped there car as well! FFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So anywho my fender is crushed in a little and I will also need a new bumper cover. Luckily she missed the headlight assembly. And HE11 NO I'm not calling my insurance. On a lighter note I did call Geico last night to heckle them...."Thank you for calling Geico, My name is Becky. Can I have your name please?" <oriental voice> Well Hung </oriental voice>

Looks like I'll be getting the front end repainted like I always wanted.
Two "accidents" that close together, I would be concerned. I'm not trying to be funny, you should get her checked out by your MD. That is not normal.

I'm sorry to hear that, I hope you will find something to replace it. One of the reason I had a nose mask on my Z is because I had a little accident several weeks before the NC trip. I still haven't found a new bumper that I like.

I hate the fact that insurance is cheaper for women. Everyone knows they are worse drivers. My ex backed into my old Jetta in the driveway. I think the lower insurance comes from:
a) anytme man+woman go somewhere together, man drives
b) women cry way out of traffic tickets more effectively
c) more unreported accidents by women, as in this case.

Through my powers of determination I have figured out what her problem is: She opens the garage when she is in the car. (funny if I left here) and the driveway slopes downward away from the garage. The Passat has a big tall a$$ and she really never even saw it. I asked her to simply open the garage right when she gets into it so she can take a quick peek at the driveway before she goes slamming into anymore cars

As for the front bumper covers, are there any fitment issues. I REALLY like that Tommi bumper. Where can I get one of those and how much are they?

I also want to thank everyone for the support and laughs, it really made the situation easier.

So the VW gets the garage and the Z sets out in the driveway????? If you are right in what the problem is then I have an even better solution than yours. She just lost usage of the garage.

This brings me to another point. We have a 2 car garage and it's only big enough for 2 regular cars. Definitly not 2 Z's because I there is not enough room to open both doors with both cars in the garage. I need it to be about 5 feet wider. I also need to smack my builder!! Anyone else have this problem?

Oh I saw her car last night, all I can say is the Z lost....BAD. Those damn passats are like tanks. Most of her damage was a few scuffs on the paint. I will take pics this evening.

One of my bad friends once had his wife backed into his Z... He called his insurance and said he was hit on HD parking lot while he was shopping... Insurance paid everything and when his consiousness was trying to protest, he just kept thinking about all those radars insurance companies donate to police... and his sonsiousness had to shut up...

I condemn him anyway! I'd never do that to insurance company.

Meaning he is going to MILK IT for all it's worth. Make the guilt of hitting his car linger on and use it to HIS advantage etc.
