Hm, I was not too happy with my Z. I also am used to driving torqey American muscle trucks/cars... Erm, but Durango? Why not Dodge Magnum R/T? Or Chrysler 300? Both have Hemi engines, 10K less price, lighter (you're hauling less metal+yourself)...

I just finished driving Dodge RAM 1500 SLT w/ Hemi for two weeks while my Z was in the shop... I have to say, it is an 'A to B' type of car/truck. Absolutely no driving enjoyment -- lanes are small (truck is big), parking is a hassle (truck is Big), acceleration is pathetic (truck is BIG!!)... gah! I cannot fathom this.

Oh well, cheers to ya, enjoy your vehicle.

With all the incentives and rebates and trading my z in I paid 32000 for the durango the sticker on the truck was 41780 yes its a truck yes its big. I didnt buy the magnum or 300c becuase they want sticker price for them. I have yet to pay sticker price for a vehicle and I wont buy one if i have to pay full sticker. It was just time to move on. If you look at all the problems you listed about the durango that was all previous body style. I'm not saying i wont have problems with the truck. But if you look at all the z's for sale in the classified section you kinda have to wonder why don't you?
