ok installed that was fairly easy
one hairdryer....check!
one plastic knife and spoon from KFC....check!
cleaner to clean under the adhesive...check!
i was in such a hurry about put it on upside down
for those that were curious the CF inserts do work

i got a few pics but i forgot my USB cable for the camera so ill have them up tonight.
but i can share some thoughts. first of all i really like it! i think it goes especially well with the my car. i have the track wheels with the 3 dots and the Z caps so it complements this well with out looking over board on Z's
with that being said i am glad i only ordered 1 because i held it up to the rear and from my personal opinion i think it was too much for the rear. ita alos slightly bigger than the rear emblem so i left my nissan on the rear, but thats purely subjective you guys can decide for yourselves.
i think the CF inserts really make all the difference.
for those who are planning on using the CF inserts let me recomend this. the emblem is cut just a little different than the OEM nissan. so instead of snapping them in. after i removed the NISSAN i put 3m tape on the inserts them selves and stuck them to the car where the new emblem would go then i just sat the Z emblem right down on top of it. there is just a spec of space on one corner but i bet its so small none of you guys will notice from the pics i put up tonight.
if you guys have any more specific Questions let me know

i put mine on today. damn that was a pain in the butt. i forgot that it had the posts, so i was using my "dental floss" technique that i used for the "fairlady z" emblem. finally i used a plastic pry bar.
looks good. i have the carbon fiber inserts from pinnacle liquid. those were taped in place and i didnt quite line up the new emblem flush with it. there is a slight space between the two, but not too noticeable.
