I have a touring and I launched it around 4-5k and I left only one tire line!

I bought mine used and found out the tranny had been replaced.
Could it be possible they put in a new tranny with no lsd?

 

It's a limited slip differential. The differential is where your driveshaft goes into to drive the two rear wheels. Tranny replacement would have no effect.

 

I once launched at 6K and left 2 BEAUTIFUL 8ft tire marks.... hehe, I prob. lost about 1K miles off my tires with that one.... lol, im not doing that anymore, but i couldnt disappoint the crowd of people awwing at my car as i left the parking lot (empty street at 11:30 at night)

 

maybe i should launch harder =)
