The chosen color of one's car is usually based on personal preference. However, if another criterion is used, such as safety, then the best color would be silver as determined by extensive testing by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.
The IIHS found that silver cars are the easiest seen in the daylight and at night. I chose Chrome Silver for these reasons and because think it's the most attractive color for this particular car.

Le Mans Sunset over here. I just love the way the colour changes shades depending on the angle of light shining on it, plus the orange seats goes together really well.
Also, there aren't many Z's in my city, but the majority of them (over half) are CS and SS so those colours are just a bit too common already. My second choice in colour was Daytona Blue, but I just really had to have the orange seats so I was left with Le Mans

Got a PPW, but I was torn between the PPW and Super Black. Seeing as how I just traded in a Black car, I went for the white. It was a damn if you do, damn if you dont situation for me. But after months of seeing a ton of Z's on the road, the Redline is growing on me. Overall, I am satisfied with the color I chose, its just the car now that has me wondering.

Yellow?
I would have gotten a yellow 350Z if they made one. Rumors that they might make a yellow one for 2005. Even if they do I'll still be happy with Daytona blue. I already have a yellow 2001 Mustang GT that lease is up in Aug.

I originally had a Silverstone on order, but then Nissan decided to freeze coupe production for 2003 to start building roadsters. SB was my second choice, and they had one onl the lot with all the options I wanted, so I just went with that one. Yes, it is a bit harder to keep clean, but it's a labor of love for me...being able to have pics like this makes it all worth it

BLACK BLACK BLACK
Mine had to be a Roadster and BLACK...didn't care about much
else.
I could only find ONE between San Antonio/Austin/Dallas (Nov 03) - pretty big markets. When I found it, I snatched it up as is, and I wasn't gonna wait months for it.
LOVE IT
