so bottom line where is te cheapest place to buy a rear bumper skin in liquid aluminum......the whole bumper is creased and the paint has spider webed......or should i just spend the extra $$$ and body kit the car???
Sorry to hear that bro, my car got keyed right in front of my house. I heard liquid aluminum is a limited color so it would be hard to find a used one. I say go with a bodykit.
Man, that sucks.
Just 2 days ago I was sitting at a light minding my own buisness ( In my legend ) with a car in front of me anda car behind me, all of us stopped waiting for the light to turn green.
All of the sudden a camery slams into the car behind me, which slams into me, which makes me slam into the car in front of me.
Grr!
To the bay area people who know me.. I know, I KNOW! I have the WORST luck!
But in this case everyone stayed at the scean.

$650 is what they'll give me for a bumper skin and paint less the $500 deductable....
so that only gives me $150
what if i put a rear bumper, side skirts and front lip....can i work on something like that for $650 painted?
the other problem is i do take clients out to lunch and I feel that a body kit may make it a little pretentious....

If insurance will only give $650 its best just to have the bumper fixed by a reputable shop. If you have to drive people around in your car (which might or might not make you money) I would definitely steer clear of modifying the outside too much.
