The TN plate in this software program shows the regular plate design with the green state shape and yellow rising sun. I don't believe that the personalized plates for TN have the green and yellow graphics to mess up the script you choose.

mine's an interesting story.....
I got personalized plates for my truck a couple years ago. I'm a pilot and live in Arizona and decided to get "PILOTAZ"
I got the Z and was thinking... Hmmmm I should get a Z related plate. I thought for a few moments and realized... NO! I don;t need to change anything... leaving it the same yields...
Pilot a Z get it??!
So... PILOTAZ plate stays! funny how it worked out.... even 2 yrs ago I was destined to get a Z!

don't know if the ca guys know this already, but you can configure and order specialized plates online. if someone has them already, it won't let you get them. take a look:

I had a lot of fun with that plate site.. right now I have
FDL *** ( Flying Damn Low ***) ..which is the plate the dmv
sent to me.. still waiting for a chance to go order my plate..
thougth this was a good one....
