Try Magnussen in Fremont. I got a great deal on my performance 03 model.
I assume you mean before taxes right?
Of course it depends on options. With all options and destination charge, invoice is 28.1K so 27K is not going to happen. With no options, invoice + dest is 26.9K.
For a low mileage model on the lot, you should try to get within $500 of invoice so with mats $27.5K should be possible.
If you want to order, they may want more profit.

Invoice on a NEW 04 Enthusiast is 26,311. Inc your tax, license, and your Dest charge and your above the 29,000 mark. This is without options.

P.S. If you live in the Eastbay the sales tax went up to 8.75% July 1st. Ouch!!!
