I would like to take the time to thank all of you guys that helped make my Z owning experince fun and exciting.
A special thanks goes out to:
the Crawford guys ... especially Doug and John for all answering all the late night, after hours stupid questions and Adam for answering the same question what seemed to be repeatedly.
Dave at IPDG (350Z Forums) for always answering the "how much is the ...." questions
Jason at Perf. Nissan for always letting me get the best of him
when ordering parts - at least I thought so
And all of you guys that helped with questions while I was on a fact finding mission.
My little beast has been left in the capable hands of the guys at Nissan of McKinney just north of Dallas. My reality had set in that I was never going to install my Vortech and thus my project was 99% done. I made it within 7rwhp of my goal of 300rwhp, so I feel it was a success. I have moved on out of the Z in to the newest baddest truck made ... the Nissan Titan. I will still lurk on the boards to answer what I can and get you guys the leather products you have grown to love.
For those guys still waiting on boots and the steering wheel covers ... never fear, you stuff will get made and you will be happy I assure you. For those considering ordering, all future orders will still be filled, just PM me.
I enjoyed the heck out of my Z ... would I own one again ? We'll see. I became a little irritated with the Nissan service department (with the exception of 2) in Nashville and Dallas as it pertained to their flagship sportscar.
Well, I just wanted to say thanks to you guys and keep charging forward. If I can be of any help to any of you, just ask. Later guys ...
Mike

VandyZ - You're joking I hope !!!
350zSpeedRacer - yeah, I barely did. It was remarkable how easy I could give it up. The reality set in that I would never put FI on it for fear of hurting something. With no FI, the project was basically done. I was looking for a car so I could park the Z. Seemed like a waste of $$$ and fun. I got the car initially as a reward to myself for military service and making a better life for myself. We all need toys and rewards from time to time. I had my teenage fun car (96 WS6 TA) and now I've had my "married life sports car" fun ... next on the list ... "mid-life crisis sports car" !!! Something to look forward to
I will definitely be out at events and stay active in the Z community. People are great and I enjoy the enthusiasts.

For you ... we can work out the $$$ later. I don't need it now and I am not going to just give it to someone I don't know ... friends first !!! You want it, it is yours ... $$$ does not matter.
whoa.. sorry to hear you live.. any whoa.. what a great guy.. friends do come first.. I surely wish I still had friends like that. It seems like all my best friends blow me over now for their girlfriends

Black on the truck
Well, 350zSpeedRacer bought the blower package I had offered up
Let's see what is left:
3 LED smoked sidemarkers (never installed)
Rear Hatch mat
Nismo long hub bolts (fronts - will accomodate up to a 15mm spacer)
Nismo embroidered headrests
Factory springs (in a TEIN box)
Complete factory exhaust - headers down to tips
Factory cams
Thats all I can think of right now

350zSpeedRacer is not just a cool "chick" !!! She WORKS ON HER OWN CAR !!! ... Headers, exhaust, brakes ... supercharger probably ... and she is all about speed and the smell of burning fuel !!! You'd never expect it looking at her, but she is definitely just one of the guys with the Z's !!! Very cool chica there !!! (Main reason she got a killer deal !!!)
If I wasn't hitched, I'd probably be in jail for stalking her
She is that freaking awesome !!! Her hubby got one heck of a catch !!!
