If anyone with a 350Z would like to hang out with some fellor 350Zer's or if you just want to check out a 350Z, our car club will be out at the Circuit City on the Carslile Pike tonight from approx. 9:30. There should be 2 Track Model Z's out tonight (Super Black and Lemans). I know there have to be more than the two of us in the area, so if you are around the Harrisburg area, come out!

 

John(bigbadbuford) I see your car is still on order. Did you happen to order from Faulkner Nissan. Anyway maybe we can share some info if you want on the delivery situation in central PA.

Oops.. forgot to update that, I got my car on Sept. 21st. I did get it from Faulkner Nissan. When is your delivery date or do you have your car? From what they told me, there was a Daytona Blue Z delivered a day before mine, and there wouldnt be any more delivered until around the middle of October. Gatorz, Did you get your Z from York Nissan? I'm in Lancaster, and York is getting some more Z's in Dec. I'm thinking aboutt putting a deposit down.

 

I ordered from Faulkner Nissan and my delivery date(anticipated) is 13 days away Nov. 1. I use York in my sig just because I am closer to that then Harrisburg. Actually south of Dillsburg. I went to York Nissan and they just didn't cut it for me. Fox,I don't know about Lancaster Nissan but I can't say I recommend York. I think they toke a lot of the Z's they are getting to try and sell as "cancelled pre-orders". We will see how many they just happen to have at $4000 over MSRP. Maybe I'm wrong.

 

Gatorz don't tell me that! I just laid out a deposit at York today. They quoted me MSRP and expect delivery in Dec. I went to Lancaster first, but they informed me that there selling the cars at MSRP plus a $1500 "undercoating" proctection. I think not! The guy said they do it for all their cars. I called Faulkner also, but no cars until Jan-Feb. It worked out perfect with York (fingers crossed) my current lease is up in Dec.

This was just my thoughts. Maybe the salesman I spoke with was just a d%ck. They may vary well be on the up an up. Did you get to order what you want or is it one they are already getting? If they come up with it for you in DEC. then I have to say York Nissan is the best dealer in PA. Seems the dealers in central Pa are low priority on the deliver schedule. I only know of a few in the area and have yet to see one on the road. Anyway hope we can all arrange a little get together before the snow flies.

Do you remember the guy you spoke with at York? I wasn't able to order what I want, but it just happens the car they're getting is mostly what I want (CS Enthu, 6spd, guards, mats, runners). I am a bit nervous myself, since everything came together so well. I'll keep my fingers crossed! Around here (Lancaster) dealers are also reporting Nov/Dec arrivals. So I guess things might be picking up. Speaking of winter, is your Z going to embrass mothernature or do you have another car?

 

I can't remember who I spoke to. I was only there for maybe 10 minutes. I am going to look for a beater for snow days but if the roads are good the Z will be my daily driver. I hope they come through for you on delivery in Dec. Sounds like this maybe one of those they are getting that was supposed to be a pre-order. But if it's MSRP then that would not be to there advantage. I think you may have made out pretty good.
